    摘要:

    目的:经络系统既是一个生物信息系统,又是一个物理化学系统。探索建立经络产生及传输生物信息的数理模式。方法:基于生物遗传与变异信息理论方程结合物理化学原理,建立了经络生物信息传导方程及经络中表观渗透压计算方法。提出渗透压是主要的经络信息传导动力及信息源。结果:基于新建立理论方法,可以确定细胞内外介质相似度Pg及二者之间的对称度k与生物信息传输效率之间的定量关系。理论分析表明,当细胞内外介质相似度Pg在0.002~0.01之间,k在0.001~0.01,经络具有最高生物信息传输效率。且经络内表观渗透压在0.4~5 MPa,这对生物组织具有安全性。结论:新理论方法得到的高效生物信息传输效率条件,可有效解释针灸学实验的许多结果及现象,为经络感传等现象的产生等重要内容提供了合理的科学机制。

    Abstract:

    Meridians and collaterals system is not only a bio-information system,but also is a physical-chemistry system.In this paper,it is aimed to investigate and establish mathematical pattern of propagation and transmission of biological signal in meridians.Methods:Based on biological heredity and variation information equation together with physical-chemistry principle,the bio-signal transmit equation and apparent permeability pressure formula were built up.Permeability pressure was claimed to be the major biological information source and transmit power.Results:With the novel approach,the quantitative relationship between transmission efficiency of bio-information and parameters Pg and k were determined,where Pg was the similarity and k was the degree of symmetry between internal and external mediums of body cells.Theoretical analysis indicated that meridians and collaterals had the highest biological information conduction efficiency,when Pg was in the range of 0.002 to 0.01,k between 0.001 to 0.01,and the apparent permeability pressure in the range of 0.4 to 5 MPa,which was safe to biological tissue.Conclusion:This novel theory is able to effectively explain many experiment results and phenomenons in experimental acupuncture,and supply scientific micro mechanism to meridian conduction.
