Diuretics are the core therapeutic drugs for reducing symptoms of heart failure and improving hemodynamics.But as the disease progresses,diuretic resistance has become a stumbling block in the treatment of heart failure.In this paper,we reviewed the literature on diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure in recent years and explored the pathogenesis and treatment of chronic heart failure with diuretic resistance in the view of integrative Chinese and Western medicine,in order to provide reference for related study.
