To systematically summarize,organize and study the literatures of clinical trials on Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis published in commonly used online databases,and to summarize TCM syndrome types,prescription,clinical efficacy,safety,etc.,in order to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods:Clinical trial articles of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis published was retrieved and analyzed comprehensively in CNKI,CSPD,CCD and PubMed.Two researchers screened and extracted data.The extracted content included the author's name,time of publishment,region,sample information,interventions,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and other basic characteristics.Results:Ulcerative colitis is a serious digestive system disease with severe clinical symptoms,long course of disease and high recurrence rate,which threatens the health of patients seriously.Conclusion:Gegen Qinlian Decoction has favorable efficacy and safety in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,which provides reference value for clinical practice.
