To analyze the effects of Qingfei Tongluo Decoction(QFTL) on serum vitamin A,vitamin D,and immune function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods:A total of 180 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in the Sixth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group(n=90) and an observation group(n=90) according to different treatment protocols. All children were treated with conventional western medicine(azithromycin),while those in the observation group received additional QFTL.The therapeutic effects, clinical relevant indicators, immune functions, serum levels of vitamin A and vitamin D,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results:1)The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2)The antipyretic time, the disappearance time of lung rales, the disappearance time of lung shadow, and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).3)After treatment,CD3+ and CD4+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).4)After treatment, the serum levels of vitamin A and vitamin D of the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).5)The TCM syndrome scores of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).6)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 25.56%,lower than 13.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:QFTL can enhance the immune function of the children with mycoplasma pneumonia and improve the TCM syndrome scores, with few adverse reactions and good clinical efficacy.
