To explore the efficacy of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with rehabilitation training on patients with craniocerebral injury and the effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 100 patients with craniocerebral injury who were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou from September 2019 to September 2021 were enrolled and divided into an observation group(n=50) and a control group(n=50) according to the coin toss method.The curative effect，neurological function，IL-6，TNF-α，and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The good prognosis rate of the observation group was 44.00%(22/50)，higher than 24.00%(12/50) of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE) scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment，the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α in both groups were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)(upper extremity and lower extremity) and Barthel Index(BI) in the two groups were increased(P<0.05).The scores of FMA(upper extremity and lower extremity) and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with rehabilitation training has a significant effect on patients with craniocerebral injury，and specifically，it can improve the neurological function of patients，and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α.
