Chemotherapy-induced adverse reactions are the major problem for cancer patients after chemotherapy，including gastrointestinal adverse reactions，bone marrow suppression，and peripheral neuropathy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) advocates the holistic view in the treatment of diseases and adopts suitable treatments according to the specific conditions of patients under syndrome differentiation.Acupuncture and moxibustion have significant curative effects in the treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reactions，bone marrow suppression，and peripheral neuropathy after chemotherapy.The present study reviewed the research articles on the treatment of adverse reactions after chemotherapy by acupuncture and moxibustion and other special therapies in the past 10 years to provide more reliable treatment measures for the clinical treatment of tumors in the future.
