Energy metabolism happens constantly in the body along with material metabolism.As a result of material metabolism,organisms produce high-energy phosphoric acid compounds to support a variety of life processes.By utilizing diverse chemicals through various pathways,cells in various states carry out distinct metabolisms.Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) pathway,a type of signal protein that is commonly present throughout life,affects a variety of cellular and organismal functions.In all facets of energy metabolism,the MAPK pathway is critical.This study investigated proteins,targets,significant enzymes,and transporters in the energy metabolism-relevant extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK),c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK),and P38 pathways in the MAPK pathway,as well as their interaction with the energy metabolism of the three major nutrients,to open the door for further investigation into cellular processes related to energy metabolism and offer fresh suggestions for the treatment of tumor diseases,infectious diseases,and other conditions.
