This study aims to clarify the application value of Liuwei Dihuang Pills in cardiovascular diseases(CVD) and its complex chemical composition，and multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism.To be specific，the application status and the research progress in the value of multi-target effects in network pharmacology were analyzed.It was found that Liuwei Dihuang Pills had satisfactory clinical effects on hypertension，coronary heart disease，and other diseases，with high application value in the cardiovascular field.Techniques in network pharmacology can realize the systematic and holistic evaluation of the effects of Chinese medicine.Related research suggested that Liuwei Dihuang Pills regulated multiple targets such as lipopolysaccharide metabolism and inflammation and participated in multiple signaling pathways such as tumor necrosis factor(TNF) pathway and hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1) pathway to exert therapeutic effect on CVD.This study is expected to serve as a reference for the clinical treatment.
