To analyze the data in the clinical acupuncture prescriptions in the treatment of myasthenia gravis(MG) and further analyze the acupoint selection regularity，aiming to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of MG.Methods:The research articles published before December 2019 in line with the inclusion criteria were summarized，and the acupuncture prescriptions were collected to establish a database in Excel for the analysis of the characteristic of the clinical acupuncture prescriptions in the treatment of MG.Results:In terms of frequency of use，the top 3 acupoints in the acupuncture treatment of MG were Zusanli(ST 36)，Cuanzhu(BL 2)，and Hegu(LI 4).The most frequently used specific acupoints were the five Shu points，source points，and sea points.The selected acupoints were mainly concentrated on the bladder meridian，governor vessel，and stomach meridian.The three acupoints were mainly combined，and the distal acupoint combination and local acupoint combination were also important.Each acupoint selection had its characteristics under the Osserman classification.Conclusion:In the treatment of MG，modern doctors mainly select three acupoints in combination and attach importance to the theories of “treating flaccidity only taking yang brightness” and “regulating yang brightness”，which can guide the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.
