To analyze the syndromes and medication regularity from TCM clinical cases with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease).Methods:The information on syndrome elements,syndromes,and medication of 343 TCM clinical cases of coronary heart disease was collected from databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP for frequency analysis,weight calculation,and data visualization by Excel and Python.Results:The top 3 common syndrome elements are blood stasis,phlegm,and qi deficiency.The top 3 common syndromes are qi deficiency and blood stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and combined phlegm and blood stasis.The top 5 common syndromes are chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,white coating,and dark tongue.In terms of frequency of use,the top 5 Chinese medicines are Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma,and Poria.Conclusion:As revealed by the analysis of syndrome elements-syndromes,white coating,pale tongue,deep pulse,sweating,and shortness of breath are characteristic symptoms for qi deficiency and blood stasis,petechia or ecchymotic tongue and yellow coating for qi stagnation and blood stasis,and greasy and thick coating,poor appetite,slippery pulse,and fat tongue for combined phlegm and blood stasis.According to the analysis of syndrome elements-Chinese medicines,Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Bazhen Decoction with modification is used for qi deficiency and blood stasis,Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction with modification for qi stagnation and blood stasis,and Wendan Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction with modification for combined phlegm and blood stasis.
