Guilu Erxian Glue，first recorded in the Medicine Circumstances(Yi Bian)，is a formula for tonifying yin，yang，qi，and blood.It is composed of Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum，Cervi Cornu，Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma，and Lycii Fructus，and mainly contains collagen，fatty acids，ginsenosides，Lycium barbarum polysaccharides，and amino acids.Experimental studies have found that Guilu Erxian Glue can exert anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects，regulate immunity，and inhibit tumors through various mechanisms.It is widely used clinically in the treatment of diseases in the bone，blood，reproduction，and nervous system，and auxiliary treatment of tumors.This article reviewed the historical evolution and research progress on Guilu Erxian Glue，aiming to provide a reference for follow-up in-depth research.
