To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixinkangtai Capsules combined with metoprolol in treating the patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 70 patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease treated in Wuhu No.1 People's Hospital from July 2018 to June 2021 were selected and assigned into two groups(A and B) according to random grouping method,with 35 patients in each group.In addition to routine drug treatment,group A was given metoprolol and group B was given Yixinkangtai Capsules+metoprolol.The treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions,hemodynamic indexes,vascular endothelial function indexes ［plasma endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitric oxide(NO)］,and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines ［interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)］,and clinical observation indicators(occurrence frequency and duration of angina pectoris).Results:After treatment,group B had higher total effective rate than group A(97.14% vs.82.86%,P<0.05).The treatment in both groups reduced the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks and recovered the vascular endothelial function indexes,hemodynamic indexes,serum levels of inflammatory cytokines.Moreover,group B outperformed group A(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was lower than that in group A(8.57% vs.28.57%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Yixinkangtai Capsules combined with metoprolol has good therapeutic effect on patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.This therapy can improve vascular endothelial function indexes and hemodynamics,relieve clinical symptoms,and has good safety.
