To enrich and analyze the volatile components of Phyllanthus emblica L.and evaluate its pest resistance. Methods:The essential oil of P.emblica L.was prepared by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction, and the odor component spectrum(OCS) and odor intensity characteristic spectrum(OICS) of P.emblica L.were constructed by headspace sampling-solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-QQQ-MS/MS) technology. The difference in volatile components between the powder of P.emblica L.and its essential oil was compared. The effects of P.emblica L.and its essential oil on the mortality, feeding rate, and evading of storage pests such as Stegobium paniceum,Araecerus fasciculatus,Sitophilus oryzae, and Plodia interpunctella were studied in an enclosed space. Results:The components of the crude drug and the essential oil were basically the same, but the content of small molecular acids and other components in the crude drug was higher. Both P.emblica L.and essential oil have little effect on the feeding rate, but they can increase the mortality of pests with obvious evasive effects. The effect of P.emblica L.essential oil on pest repellency is stronger.Conclusion:P.emblica L.and its essential oil have certain pest-repellent effects.Ethyl acetate, linalool, and α-terpineol may be the main material basis of its pest resistance. This paper reports the pest resistance of P.emblica L.for the first time and provides references for the comprehensive development of P.emblica L.essential oil.
