To explore the clinical effect of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction combined with clindamycin phosphate in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:A total of 85 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases treated in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of People's Hospital of Sanya from March 2017 to March 2021 were divided into a control group(n=40) and an observation group(n=45) by random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with clindamycin phosphate tablets,while those in the observation group were treated with Haoqin Qingdan Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 15 days of treatment,the therapeutic effect and hemorheological indexes,serum inflammatory indexes,pain degree,mass size,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the observation group after treatment was lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The pain score and mass size in the observation group were decreased while the total effective rate and quality of life score were increased compared with those before treatment ［pain score：(1.85±0.37) vs(3.50±0.61); mass size：(13.16±1.83) mm vs(19.48±2.25) mm; total effective rate：93.33% vs 77.50%; quality of life score：(112.08±10.36 vs(94.24±6.57)］(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Haoqin Qingdan Decoction combined with clindamycin phosphate was effective in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.It could improve the levels of hemorheological and inflammatory factors,alleviate the pain degree,and reduce the mass size,with high safety.
