To explore the effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository combined with levofloxacin on pain caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients who were diagnosed with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Maanshan General Hospital of Ronger-Duree Healthcare，Maanshan City，Anhui Province from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(40 cases) and an observation group(40 cases) according to treatment method.The control group was treated with levofloxacin，while the observation group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with levofloxacin.The clinical effect，and inflammatory factors(interleukin-6，white blood cell count，C-reactive protein)，improvement time of clinical symptoms，visual analogue scale(VAS)，mass diameter，depth of pelvic effusion，and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% higher than 75.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the interleukin-6 level，white blood cell count and C-reactive protein level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)，and the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the conditions in the control group，the VAS score，mass diameter and depth of pelvic effusion in the observation group were decreased(all P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions，the control group(27.5%) was higher than the observation group(10.00%，P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with levofloxacin was effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease，which helped patients control the disease and reduced inflammatory reaction，and was worthy of clinical promotion.
