Endocrinotherapy(ET) is an important part in the comprehensive treatment of hormone receptor(HR)-positive breast cancer patients.The primary and acquired resistance to ET is the key factor influencing prognosis and survival of HR-positive breast cancer.However，the mechanism of ET resistance is still unclear.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) shows ideal effect in reversing multidrug resistance，preventing metastasis of cancer，improving the quality of life，and prolonging the survival.This study retrospectively analyzed the treatment of an HR-positive outpatient of Professor Lin Hongsheng.From this specific case，we explored and analyzed Professor Lin's experience in treating the malignant tumor and TCM treatment methods，hoping to provide a reference for TCM maintenance treatment of similar patients.
