To explore the possible mechanism of Jianpi Yiqi Shexue Recipe(JYSR) in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods:A total of 100 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,prednisone group,non spleen treatment group,and JYSR group,with 20 in each group.On the 8th day after successful modeling,mice in the normal group and the model group were given 0.1 mL/10 g of normal saline by gavage,and those in the prednisone group were given 0.1 mL/10 g of prednisone solution with a concentration of 2 mg/mL by gavage.Mice in the non spleen treatment group and the JYSR group were treated with 0.1 mL/10 g corresponding drugs by gavage.The administration was performed once a day for 8 days.Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and fibrinogen(FIB) were measured by full-automatic blood coagulation analyzer to evaluate the bleeding degree and index changes.Results:Before administration,the bleeding degree of each group was higher than that of the normal group(P<0.01).On the 6th and 8th days of drug intervention,the bleeding degree of the prednisone group and the JYSR group was improved compared with the condition in the model group(P<0.01).Compared with the conditions in the normal group,the PT and APTT in the model group were increased,while the FIB level was decreased(P<0.01).The PT and APTT in the prednisone group and the JYSR group were lower while the FIB level was higher than those in the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and compared with the non spleen treatment group,the JYSR group had reduced PT and APTT while elevated FIB level(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:JYSR can significantly improve the bleeding degree and coagulation function of ITP mice.
