To observe the effects of Jinhuai refined powder on vascular endothelial peroxidation and inflammation in hyperlipidemia rats by administering different doses of Jinhuai refined powder to rats,so as to explore the protective effect of Jinhuai refined powder on vascular endothelium.Methods:By the body weight,the experimental animals were evenly divided into the normal group,model group,Jinhuai high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups and troxerutin group.The normal group was fed with ordinary clean grade diet,and other groups were fed with high-fat diet for 30 days.After model formation,the normal group and model group were given 0.9% normal saline 10 mL/(kg·d) by gavage,Jinhuai high-dose medium-dose and low-dose groups were given 102.45 mg/(kg·d),83.65 mg/(kg·d) and 68.30 mg/(kg·d) drugs respectively by gavage,and the troxerutin group was given 39.70 mg/(kg·d) drugs by gavage.Fourteen days later,blood was collected from the abdominal aorta; the serum levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,MDA and SOD were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with the normal group,the serum levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in the model group significantly increased(P<0.05); compared with the model group,the serum levels of IL-6 in Jinhuai high-dose and medium-dose groups and troxerutin group decreased(P<0.05); the serum levels of CRP in each group decreased(P<0.05); the serum levels of TNF-α in the Jinhuai high-dose group and troxerutin group decreased(P<0.05); compared with the normal group,the serum levels of SOD in the model group significantly decreased and those of MDA significantly increased(P<0.05); compared with the model group,the serum levels of SOD in Jinhuai high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups and troxerutin group increased(P<0.05),and those of MDA in the Jinhuai high-dose group and troxerutin group decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinhuai refined powder can improve the peroxidation of vascular endothelium in hyperlipidemia rats,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,and has a certain protective effect on vascular endothelium in a dose-dependent manner,and the improvement is most obvious at high dose.
