To explore the intervention effect of the optimal compatibility(SABP) of the water-soluble active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the proliferation of ApoE-/- mouse vascular adventitia fibroblasts(VAFs) in vivo and in vitro. Methods:The VAFs of primarily cultured C57BL/6J mice and ApoE-/- mice were given normal medium,SABP and rosuvastatin(RC) in vitro.ApoE-/- mice were divided into the model group,SABP group and RC group, and C57BL/6 mice were used as the normal control group. After primary culture and administration, the proliferation of VAFs was detected by CCK-8 method. Results:In vitro and in vivo results showed that SABP and RC significantly inhibited the proliferation of VAFs in ApoE-/- mice,of which SABP had a more significant effect. Conclusion:SABP can significantly inhibit the proliferation of VAFs in ApoE-/- mice, which is expected to improve vascular remodeling and become a substitute drug for cardiovascular diseases.
