To compare the clinical effects of Huangkui Capsule，Leigongtengduogan Tablets，Huobaohuagen Tablets，Zhengqingfentong Tablets and total glycosides of Rehmannia leaves on membranous nephropathy by network Meta analysis，taking Western medicine(Pred/ISD/ACEI/ARB) treatment as the common reference.Methods:The randomized controlled trials of Huangkui Capsule，Leigongtengduogan Tablets，Huobahuagen Tablets，Zhengqingfentong Tablets and total glycosides of Rehmannia leaves combined with Western medicine in the treatment of membranous nephropathy were searched by computer.Two researchers independently screened the documents and evaluated the quality，and network Meta analysis and traditional Meta analysis were conducted on the data by R，Gemtc and RevMan 5.3 software.Finally，35 articles of RCTs were included，involving a total of 2 646 patients and 6 kinds of intervention measures.Results:Results of the Meta analysis showed that in terms of the effective rate，Huobahuagen Tablets combined with Western medicine had the best curative effect; Zhengqingfengtong Tablets combined with Western medicine had the best curative effect in reducing serum creatinine(Scr) and 24-hour urinary protein(24hUPQ) and increasing the level of albumin(Alb); in terms of safety，combination of immune Chinese patent medicines was better than that of Western medicine alone.Due to high clinical heterogeneity，medicines could not be quantitatively combined，and there were no serious adverse reactions in the included study.Due to the relatively low quality of the included literature，the conclusion still needs to be verified by clinical practice.Conclusion:Immunosuppressive Chinese patent medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of membranous nephropathy is better in efficacy and safety than Western medicine alone.
