To discuss how to standardize the application of analysis of variance of repeated measurement data in clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Taking the case data of clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine as an example，based on algorithms and principles，statistical analysis and data interpretation were realized through R language.Results:Repeated measurement data could be objectively compared between different levels of intervention factors and time factors，and could also be used to analyze whether there was an interaction effect.Conclusion:This method may have a good application prospect for Chinese medicine research.
