Exploration of the Relationship Between Blood Stasis Syndrome and Tumor Chemotherapy Resistance and the Mechanism of Activating Blood Circulation Based on Platelets
Chemotherapy is an important treatment for mediate and advanced malignant tumors, and its therapeutic effect interacts with the tumor microenvironment,in which the complex interaction between platelets and various cells is one of the key factors leading to the formation of drug resistance. After chemotherapy, blood stasis syndrome worsened, and stasis caused by deficiency, cold and poison may be the mechanism leading to chemotherapy resistance. In this paper, the platelet was taken as the entry point to preliminarily explore the relationship between blood stasis syndrome and chemotherapy resistance of tumors, and analyze the mechanism of reducing drug resistance by activating blood circulation method, thus providing theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of tumor metastasis by blood-activating traditional Chinese medicine and new ideas for future research.
