Tumor microenvironment(TME) is the internal and external environment for the growth of tumor cells.It is closely related to the genesis，growth and metastasis of tumor cells，and is also the key target of anti-tumor drugs.Chinese medicine can positively up-regulate the number and function of immune killer cells and down-regulate those of immunosuppressive cells，which improves TME to some extent.This has the potential to shrink tumors while improving patient prognosis and quality of life.This paper focused on whether anti-tumor Chinese medicine killed tumor cells via regulating TME and remodeling the immunologic function of the body，and the intervention effects of Chinese medicine(including monomer)，compound Chinese medicine，and Chinese patent medicine injection on immune cells in the TME were summarized.These findings laid a certain foundation for subsequent experimental and clinical studies of Chinese medicine intervention in TME.
