To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in treating coronary heart disease from spleen and stomach and provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:The relevant articles were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(CSPD),and China Science and Technology Journal Database(CSTJ).The retrieved articles were input into the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5).The “statistical report” and the “data analysis” modules were used for data mining,via which the medication rules in treatment of the disease from spleen and stomach were analyzed.Results:A total of 160 prescriptions involving 198 Chinese medicines were input into the platform for the data mining.Sixteen Chinese medicines with the frequency≥30 were mined from the prescriptions,and the top three in frequency were Poria,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.The Chinese medicines were mainly warm,cold,and plain,tasted sweet,bitter,and pungent,and had tropism to the spleen,stomach,lung,heart,and liver meridians.Twenty high-frequency drug combinations and two association rules were obtained.The cluster analysis based on entropy revealed 14 three-drug combinations and 7 new prescriptions.Conclusion:The prescriptions for treating coronary heart disease from spleen and stomach aim to regulate qi and resolve phlegm,active blood and resolve stasis,enliven spleen and improve appetite,and regulate qi in spleen and stomach while replenishing qi and invigorating spleen with consideration to both the symptoms and root causes.The findings can provide reference for the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.
