To explore the rules of acupoint selection and the acupoint intervention methods for uterine prolapse.Methods:The articles about the treatment of uterine prolapse with acupoint intervention were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)，China Science Periodical Database(CSPD)，Chinese Citation Database(CCD)，and PubMed from January 1960 to October 2020.Microsoft Excel to employed to organize the extracted data and SPSS modeler18.0 was used for association analysis and cluster analysis.Results:Acupuncture and moxibustion(including simple acupuncture，electroacupuncture，awn-needle acupuncture，new acupuncture，warming acupuncture，acupuncture-based combined treatment methods，and various moxibustion methods) were the common acupoint intervention methods.As for the acupoint selection in the treatment of uterine prolapse，the two-acupoint combination of Guanyuan(RN4) and Zigong(EX-CA 1) had the highest the highest support and confidence，which were 37.21% and 84.37%，respectively; the three-acupoint combination of Baihui(DU20)，Qihai(RN6)，and Zusanli(ST36) had the highest support(31.40%).Due to the few studies of other intervention methods(acupoint injection，catgut embedment in acupoint，acupoint application，etc.) in the treatment of uterine prolapse，only the frequency of acupoints was counted.The top two acupoints were Zusanli(ST36) and Sanyinjiao(SP6).Conclusion:There are a variety of acupoint intervention methods for the treatment of uterine prolapse，and acupuncture and moxibustion are the most common acupoint intervention methods，which demonstrate acupoint selection rules.Other intervention methods are rarely used and remain to be studied.
