To statistically analyze the medication laws of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) compound prescriptions in assisted treatment of senile peptic ulcer.Methods:Based on various data platforms such as the CNKI,CBM,CSPD,and CCD,related TCM compound prescriptions were screened and selected.Excel was used for statistical analysis of high-frequency drugs,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm was used to construct drug association rules.The co-occurrence network was visualized using Cytoscape software.SPSS Statistics 26.0 was used to cluster new prescriptions and draw spectrum systems to predict drug compatibility.Results:After screening,80 prescriptions involving 112 drugs and a total frequency of 833 times were included.Among them,18 core drugs with a drug frequency≥15 times were used most extensively for tonifying qi,and they were sweet and warm,mainly acting on the spleen meridian.The association rules identified 12 groups of commonly used drug combinations in four categories.Cluster analysis using a standard of Euclidean square distance 23 identified three new prescriptions with potential compatibility relationships.Conclusion:TCM compound prescriptions mainly focus on strengthening the spleen and supplementing qi for consolidating the root,regulating qi and activating blood for treating the manifestations,clearing heat and resolving dampness for removing toxins and expelling pathogenic factors,and promoting wound healing and preventing bleeding.In drug selection,combined use of cold and warm drugs,and bitter and sweet drugs is highlighted.Pungent drugs are used for dispersing and sour drugs for astringing to treat both the liver and lungs.Reinforcement and reduction are both emphasized.
