HIV/AIDS remains a global public health issue,and controlling disease infectivity and mortality is not enough.Attention must also be paid to controlling HIV/AIDS-related diseases.Dyslipidemia is a common HIV/AIDS-related disease that is a significant factor in the development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.To truly meet the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS,it is necessary to go beyond the goal of viral suppression and improve factors that affect their quality of life.This paper briefly described the manifestation and underlying factors of dyslipidemia in HIV/AIDS,and summarized the research results of this research group on the lipid metabolism of HIV/AIDS patients with lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome from the perspective of systems biology methods such as metabolism,proteomics,and transcriptomics,providing methods and ideas for the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS-related dyslipidemia.
