Pneumonia is an acute respiratory infectious disease，and its pathogenesis is not yet clear.Understanding the signaling pathways related to pneumonia is of great significance for further studying the pathogenesis of pneumonia，searching for new targets for treatment，and developing new drugs.Modern research has shown that the occurrence and development of pneumonia are closely related to relevant signaling pathways，and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique advantages in regulating pneumonia-related signaling pathways.Chinese medicine，drug pairs，Chinese medicinal formulas，as well as their active ingredients and Chinese patent medicine，have the advantages of exerting therapeutic effects through multiple pathways and targets，as well as fewer adverse reactions.This article reviewed pneumonia-related signaling pathways and TCM treatment of pneumonia，providing references for further research on the treatment of pneumonia with TCM and precise targets for the development and treatment of future clinical drugs.
