Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)，an abnormal process in which normal gastric mucosal tissue becomes pathologically cancerous，is an essential stage before the onset of gastric cancer and an important breakthrough point for reducing the incidence of gastric cancer.The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is involved in the development of PLGC.When the Wnt signaling pathway is activated，β-catenin aggregates into the nucleus，inducing the abnormal expression of proto-oncogenes.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has demonstrated definite efficacy in the treatment of PLGC，and studies have shown that TCM can regulate the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.This paper reviewed the theoretical and research progress in treating PLGC with Chinese herbal medicines，acupuncture，and moxibustion via the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and pointed out the existing problems and considerations in this field，aiming to enlighten the research on TCM in the treatment of PLGC and the prevention of gastric cancer and provide a basis for the clinical application of TCM in treating PLGC.
