The implementation of the national “the Belt and Road Initiative” has brought opportunities and challenges to the international dissemination of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) culture.Focusing on the dissemination of TCM culture in Russia，this study employed empirical research and questionnaire surveys to investigate the carriers of TCM culture dissemination，including the current status and existing problems of TCM education in Russia，Confucius Institutes，St.Petersburg TCM Center，translation of TCM works into Russian，and the trade of TCM products between China and Russia.Based on the findings，solutions for the dissemination of TCM culture in Russia were summarized，aiming to contribute the strength of TCM to building a shared community of human health destiny.
