Diabetic gastroparesis(DGP) is a common chronic gastrointestinal complication with a high morbidity rate among diabetic patients.The pathogenesis and mechanism are quite complicated.At present，there is no specific treatment plan in clinical practice，making its management an ongoing concern in the medical field.The current research shows that the combination of acupuncture and medicine has obvious advantages over simple medication and simple acupuncture and moxibustion, but most of them belong to small clinical sample observation, and the mechanism is still unclear.
