Norway is an essential “Belt and Road” country in the Arctic region,and a close trading partner with China.The development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in Norway at present faces the problems that the clinical efficacy of acupuncture is not yet recognized,the production and use of Chinese medicine need to be improved,and TCM education needs to be enhanced.It is recommended to strengthen the theoretical system of acupuncture,build a mechanism for evaluating the clinical efficacy of acupuncture,develop Chinese medicine products that meet the Norwegian market,establish quality and technical standards that are in line with international levels,and strengthen international exchanges in TCM education.In this way,the development of TCM can be promoted in Norway.
