Endometriosis is characterized by the invasion，adhesion，implantation，and growth of endometrial glands and mesenchyme in the uterine cavity and beyond.With the announcement of the third-child policy，endometriosis has shown a rising incidence and become a key cause of infertility.Increasing studies have shown that the patients with endometriosis-associated infertility often have abnormalities in local or systemic humoral and cellular immune functions，which has attracted the attention of scholars.This paper focuses on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in regulating the immune imbalance mediated by the endometriosis tissue from innate immunity，acquired immunity，and immune cytokines，aiming to provide a basis for the treatment of endometriosis-associated infertility.
