    目的:比较不同种类或配方的肥料对山药产量和质量的影响。方法:通过设计田间实验获取不同叶面肥和底肥处理的山药样品。随机抽样获得山药单株重量、直径和长度的数据,将所有山药称重得到产量数据。采用烘干法、蒽酮-硫酸法、凯氏定氮法分别测定样品中水分、多糖和蛋白质的含量,通过自动氨基酸分析仪测定氨基酸的含量,使用高效液相色谱法同时分析尿囊素、尿嘧啶和腺苷的含量。结果:叶面肥处理的山药产量较高,而底肥处理的山药的氨基酸、蛋白质和尿囊素含量较高。结论:叶面肥YY3、YY4和YY6处理可显著提高山药的产量,但在提高山药营养成分的含量方面效果不佳。底肥也可以提高山药的产量,虽然增产作用弱于叶面肥,但能同时显著提高氨基酸、蛋白质、尿囊素等营养成分的含量。

    Abstract:

    This study aimed to evaluate and compare the effects of different treatments by various types or formulas of foliar fertilizers and base fertilizers on the yield and quality of Chinese yam.Methods:The Chinese yam samples treated with different foliar fertilizers and base fertilizers were obtained through the field experiments.Simple random sampling method was used to obtain average weight,diameter and length of yams,and all yams were weighed to get the yield data.The drying method,the anthrone-sulfuric acid method and the Kjeldahl method were used to determine the contents of moisture,polysaccharide and protein,respectively,and the contents of amino acids were determined by using an automatic amino acid analyzer.The contents of allantoin,uracil and adenosine were analyzed simultaneously using the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) approach.Results:The yield of yam treated with foliar fertilizer was higher,while the content of amino acids,protein and allantoin was higher in the yam treated with base fertilizer.Conclusion:The treatments by foliar fertilizers YY3,YY4 and YY6 could significantly improve the yield of Chinese yam,but they could not increase the contents of nutritious components.And the treatments by base fertilizers could also increase the yield of Chinese yam.Although the enhancing effects of base fertilizers was weaker than that of foliar fertilizers,they could significantly increase the contents of amino acid,protein,allantoin and other nutrients.
