To evaluate the effectiveness of different acupuncture methods combined with speech training in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia(PSA).Methods:CNKI,CBM,CSPD,CCD,PubMed,Embase, and Cochrane Library were searched from their establishment to June 2022 for randomized controlled clinical trials(RCTs) of scalp acupuncture, tongue acupuncture, eye acupuncture, and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of PSA patients.Literature selection, data extraction, and bias risk assessment were independently conducted by two researchers.RevMan5.3,Stata16.0,and ADDIS1.16.8 software were used for data analysis. Results:A total of 1 618 articles were retrieved, and 26 studies were eventually included, with a total of 1 815 patients. The intervention measures were controlled studies with scalp acupuncture, tongue acupuncture, eye acupuncture,or Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with speech training. The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that different acupuncture methods combined with speech training were better than speech training alone in the treatment of aphasia, and eye acupuncture combined with speech training had the best effective rate in improving PSA.Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture was the best in improving the AQ and CFCP scores and reducing NIHSS scores of PSA patients. Conclusion:On the basis of speech training, the combination of different acupuncture methods can increase the clinical efficacy of the treatment of PSA patients. However, different acupuncture methods have certain advantages in improving the AQ score,CFCP score, and NIHSS score, but they are limited by the number and quality of eligible studies. The above conclusions need to be further verified by more standardized, rigorous, and high-quality clinical trials.
