Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)has the clinical manifestations of sudden onset and a clinically perilous presentation, and is one of the diseases studied in the field of vessel-collateral vascular system research. As a systematic theory guiding the prevention and treatment of vessel-collateral system diseases,vessel-collateral theory suggests that according to the clinical characteristics of STEMI,treatment should focus on both staged therapy and comprehensive holistic treatment.By combining the principles of differentiation and treatment with evidence-based medicine, this study proposed a new intervention strategy and a differentiation and treatment approach guided by vessel-collateral theory for preoperative and postoperative treatment of reperfusion for STEMI.This forms a systemic prevention and treatment concept for this disease, providing a new reference for the treatment of this disease with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
