Infantile enuresis is one of the common diseases in pediatric clinical practice，and its incidence has been gradually increasing in recent years.Enuresis can not only affect the neurological development of affected children but also have adverse effects on their physical and mental growth.Suoquan Pills are one of the effective prescriptions in clinical treatment for infantile enuresis.This study briefly explained that Suoquan Pills mainly achieved the effects of warming and nourishing kidney qi and stopping enuresis by regulating abnormal hormone secretion，improving abnormal bladder function，reducing excessive activity of the detrusor muscle，and balancing the abnormal excretion mechanism of sodium and potassium ions in affected children.This study is expected to provide some objective basis for the clinical efficacy mechanism of Suoquan Pills.
