The incidence and mortality of gastric cancer in China are high，with the characteristics of late detection and low five-year survival rate.Surgical resection is still the main method of clinical treatment.Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway plays a very important role in regulating cell proliferation，metastasis and apoptosis，which is closely related to the development and progression of gastric cancer.In recent years，many scholars have explored the mechanism of regulating Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK pathway in the treatment of gastric cancer，and have made a lot of achievements in signal transduction mechanism research，targeted inhibitor screening，traditional Chinese medicine treatment and other aspects.Experimental validations have shown that mediating Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK pathway signaling has good effects and application prospects in the treatment of gastric cancer.
