Abstract:To explore the effects of substitute cultivation of Gastrodia ealta f.elata from different places on the yield and quality of hybrid G.elata under different planting environment, aiming to provide reference for the promotion of substitute planting technology of G.elata.Methods:In this study, substitute planting technology was adopted and two planting environment suitable for the growth of G.elata were selected:understory and shaded slope.G.ealta f.elata from Hubei,Anhui,Shaanxi, and Gansu provinces were selected and hybridized with G.elata f.glauca from Wufeng County of Hubei Province. The seeds of G.elata from each hybrid combination were cultivated by substitute planting, and their yields and content of polyphenolic compounds after processing were measured.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted using the membership function method for all indicators. Results:In the shaded slope experimental site, the total yield of different hybrid G.elata was higher than that the understory planting.Except for hybrid G.elata in Wufeng County,Hubei Province, the content of active components of hybrid G.elata in different habitats in the understory planting experimental site was higher than that in the shaded slope planting experimental site.According to the comprehensive evaluation of membership function,in the understory planting experimental site, the the average membership function value of hybrid G.elata of Yuexi County,Anhui Province×Wufeng County,Hubei Province was highest at 0.816.In the shaded slope planting experimental site, the the average membership function value of hybrid G.elata from Wufeng County was highest at 0.924.Conclusion:The results of this study showed that screening suitable germplasm resources of G.elata under different planting environments was conducive to improving the overall quality and yield of G.elata.
