    摘要:

    目的:应用磁性分子印迹技术,从降尿酸中药秦艽中特异性吸附与分离龙胆苦苷。方法:以龙胆苦苷为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,甲醇为致孔剂,制备龙胆苦苷磁性分子印迹聚合物。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIP)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对材料进行表征,通过绘制动力学吸附曲线及静态等温线评价其吸附性能。结果:龙胆苦苷磁性分子印迹聚合物合成成功,震荡60 min基本达到吸附平衡,从秦艽中提取和分离龙胆苦苷,吸附量为6.316 mg/g。结论:降尿酸中药秦艽中的龙胆苦苷可被龙胆苦苷磁性分子印迹聚合物特异性捕获。

    Abstract:

    To apply magnetic molecular imprinting technique for the specific adsorption and isolation of gentianoside from the uric acid-lowering Chinese medicine Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix.Methods:Magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) of gentianoside were prepared using gentianoside as the template molecule,methacrylic acid(MAA) as the functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as the cross-linker,azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator,and methanol as the porogenic agent.The materials were characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The adsorption performance was evaluated by plotting kinetic adsorption curves and static isotherms.Results:The magnetic MIPs of gentianoside was successfully synthesized,and reached the adsorption equilibrium after shaking for 60 min.The adsorption capacity for gentianoside extracted and separated from Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix was 6.316 mg/g.Conclusion:Gentianoside in the uric acid-lowering Chinese medicine Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix can be specifically captured by magnetic MIPs of gentianoside.
