To explore the differences in facial diagnosis characteristics between patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease(CHD),patients with pure hypertension, and healthy individuals. Methods:The facial images of the hypertension group, hypertension combined with CHD group, and healthy group were collected and analyzed using the Daosheng DS01-B facial diagnostic instrument. Results:Compared to healthy individuals, both the hypertension group and the hypertension combined with CHD group exhibited reduced R,G,B,H,V,and L values, while S and a values increased(P<0.01).Compared to the hypertension group, the hypertension combined with CHD group showed a further reduction in H value(P<0.01) and a decrease in R,G,B,H,V,and L values(P<0.05,P<0.01),while S and b values increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both the hypertension group and the hypertension combined with CHD group had darker red facial complexions compared to healthy individuals, with the hypertension combined with CHD patients exhibiting a more dull complexion than those with pure hypertension. These findings provide objective clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and CHD.
