To explore the impact and value of a human-computer information interaction model between physicians and a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) intelligent auxiliary diagnostic and treatment platform，and to provide reference for the application and promotion of such platforms in TCM clinical practice.Methods:Based on a previously constructed TCM intelligent auxiliary diagnostic and treatment cloud platform，eight junior physicians were invited to use the platform for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of 30 cases of cerebral infarction and 30 cases of dizziness.The physicians' attitudes toward the platform's recommendations were assessed using a Likert 5-point scale.Results:In the cerebral infarction cases，70% of the syndrome predictions made by the platform were acknowledged by physicians as boosting their confidence in clinical decision-making.Additionally，80% of the prescription and pathogenesis suggestions provided by the platform were considered helpful in guiding the physicians' decisions.In the dizziness cases，over 70% of the platform's prescription and pathogenesis suggestions were found to enhance the physicians' confidence or offer helpful guidance.Conclusion:The intelligent auxiliary diagnostic and treatment platform has a positive effect on physicians by providing diagnostic suggestions and boosting their confidence.This preliminary validation demonstrates the platform's potential for human-computer interaction based on both subjective and objective information.Further improvements in the human-computer information interaction processes and knowledge support systems are planned for future development.
