Gestational hypertension is a significant challenge currently faced by obstetrics and cardiology departments worldwide.Due to the unclear etiology and pathogenesis,as well as a limited range of available Western medicines, the treatment of gestational hypertension remains a concern for clinicians. Therefore, this study, through a literature review, aims to explore and elaborate on the integrated approach of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and Western medicine in the treatment of gestational hypertension, with the goal of identifying effective pharmacological treatment options and providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this condition.
