Lilii Bulbus，a Chinese medicine derived from Lilium plants from the Liliaceae family，has a long history and significant medicinal value.With the passage of time and changes in its growing environment，Lilii Bulbus has shown a rich diversity in its germplasm resources.To better understand the evolution of medicinal origin and the diversity of resources of Lilii Bulbus in China，a review of relevant literature from the past two decades has been conducted.However，research on the Lilii Bulbus germplasm resources remains relatively insufficient，with the majority of studies focusing on its chemical composition，physiological and biochemical mechanisms，and pharmacological effects.
