To explore the thermal distribution values(TDVs) of meridians and collaterals in patients with tubal infertility of dampness-heat and blood stasis type using infrared thermography technology.Methods:A total of 70 patients diagnosed with tubal infertility of dampness-heat and blood stasis type at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between September 2020 and December 2021 were enrolled and randomly assigned into a control group and an observation group using a random number table.The control group received postoperative treatment with ceftezole sodium and tinidazole injection for 3 days.The observation group received an integrative traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) therapy in addition to the control regimen，consisting of oral administration of a modified Hongteng Baijiang Powder，external TCM application，and rectal TCM infusion for 14 days.Infrared thermography was used to compare the TDV changes in meridians and collaterals before and after treatment.Additionally，changes in TCM syndrome scores，pregnancy rates，tubal recanalization，and overall clinical efficacy were assessed.Results:After treatment，the TDVs of the conception vessel，large intestine meridian of hand Yangming，gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang，and liver meridian of foot Jueyin in the observation group significantly improved compared to baseline(P<0.05).In the control group，the TDVs of the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming and liver meridian of foot Jueyin also improved significantly(P<0.05).Moreover，the TDVs of the liver meridian of foot Jueyin and gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang in the observation group were significantly improved compared to the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative pregnancy rate，number of recanalized fallopian tubes，and comprehensive clinical efficacy were significantly higher in the observation group，while the rates of spontaneous abortion，ectopic pregnancy，and persistent infertility were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Comprehensive TCM therapy can not only improves the clinical pregnancy rate and the number of patients with tubal recanalization in those with tubal infertility of dampness-heat and blood stasis type，but also significantly enhances the TDVs in conception vessel，large intestine meridian of hand Yangming，gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang，and liver meridian of foot Jueyin，with particularly notable improvement observed in the liver meridian of foot Jueyin.
