Generalized anxiety disorder(GAD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) have a high comorbidity rate，and their clinical course is often complex and difficult to treat.In long-term clinical practice，Professor FU Wenbin has developed an integrated acupuncture and moxibustion treatment model，termed “acupuncture and moxibustion followed by consolidations” to treat GAD combined with OCD.Focusing on the heart，gallbladder，and kidney as the therapeutic entry points，this approach combines acupuncture，refined moxibustion，needling collaterals，and subcutaneous needling to calm the mind and stabilize the spirit，addressing both the symptoms and root causes.This method has shown promising clinical efficacy.
