    摘要:

    “辨证论治”是中医学的独特思维体系,是指导中医学理论学习和临床实践的基本原则,是探索中医学原理的重要方法。名老中医经验是中医药知识的重要组成部分,是中医学传承的重要载体。引入机器学习方法,梳理并总结近年来中医证候研究与名老中医经验传承的研究现状,基于大量客观记载的临床病案,研究“病-症-证-法-方-药”各要素之间的关联关系,客观还原名老中医辨证论治思维体系,然后结合学习型继承、归纳总结式继承和访谈研究等“人机结合”的方法,更加客观、全面、系统地传承名老中医学术思想和诊疗经验。

    Abstract:

    As a unique thinking system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),“Pattern differentiation and treatment” serves as a fundamental principle guiding both theoretical learning and clinical practice,as well as an important method for TCM principle exploration.For TCM knowledge,renowned senior TCM practitioners' experience is a vital component and a key vehicle for TCM inheritance.With machine learning methods,this paper reviewed and summarized the current research status of TCM syndrome and the inheritance of renowned senior TCM practitioners' experience in recent years.Based on extensive and objectively recorded clinical cases,this article analyzed the relationships between “disease,symptom,syndrome,therapeutic method,formula,and medication”,thus objectively restoring the thinking system of syndrome differentiation and treatment by renowned senior TCM practitioners.Then,combining human-machine integrated methods such as learning inherited methods,inductive summarization inherited methods,and interviews,the academic thoughts and clinical experience of these practitioners can be inherited in a more objective,comprehensive,and systematic manner.
