Cervical spondylosis is a common and frequent clinical disease，and manipulation treatment of this disease has been widely recognized in clinical practice.This paper explained the relationship of manipulation treatment of cervical spondylosis with the physiological state of “tendons and bones and joints” and the pathological state of “tendon off-position and mild malposition of bones and joints” and cervical spines.Based on the dynamic changes of the cervical musculoskeletal system and biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system，it is concluded that in the manipulation treatment process of cervical spondylosis，attention should be paid to the dynamic evaluation of “tendons and bones” and the role of “manipulation of tendons and bones” and “fine-tuning the bones and tendons”.However，there is no unified standard for the manipulation treatment of “tendon off-position and mild malposition of bones and joints” in cervical spondylosis.It is necessary to further explore its internal relationship to provide a scientific basis and clinical plan for the manipulation treatment of cervical spondylosis.
