    摘要:

    多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌代谢性疾病,而卵巢纤维化是PCOS的重要病理表现之一。PCOS卵巢纤维化的确切机制尚不清楚,但越来越多的证据表明,转化生长因子β1/信号转导分子(TGF-β1/Smad)信号通路在PCOS卵巢纤维化的过程发挥核心作用。根据PCOS卵巢纤维化临床表现,可归于中医“癥瘕”“不孕”“闭经”等范畴。中医治疗PCOS多以补肾疏肝健脾为主,兼以化痰祛瘀。中药单体柚皮苷、芍药苷、鼠李糖苷、水飞蓟素、桑黄多糖、膳食原花青素及中药复方补肾促排卵汤、津力达颗粒、祛痰化瘀方、疏肝补肾祛痰方可通过调控TGF-β1/Smad信号通路改善PCOS卵巢纤维化。

    Abstract:

    Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is the most prevalent endocrine and metabolic disorder among women of reproductive age,with ovarian fibrosis representing one of its critical pathological features.Although the precise mechanisms underlying PCOS-related ovarian fibrosis remain unclear,accumulating evidence suggests that the transforming growth factor-β1/Smad(TGF-β1/Smad) signaling pathway plays a central role in this fibrotic process.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),PCOS ovarian fibrosis clinically aligns with syndromes such as “abdominal masses”,“infertility”,and “amenorrhea”.TCM treatment of PCOS primarily focuses on kidney tonification,liver regulation,and spleen fortification,combined with phlegm resolution and blood stasis elimination.TCM compound formulas including naringin,paeoniflorin,rhamnoside,silymarin,Sanghuangporus Sanghuang polysaccharides,and dietary proanthocyanidins as well as TCM formulas such as Bushen Culuan Decoction,Jinlida Granules,Qutan Huayu Formula,and Shugan Bushen Quyu Formula ameliorate ovarian fibrosis in PCOS by modulating the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.
