世界中医药

通过中西医学发展的不同历史与概念之比较，说明中医学所蕴藏的独特医学体系，完全可以与西方医学平等互补，共同发展现代全球医学。传统中医要跟上时代步伐，实现中医现代化、国际化，中西医结合是必由之路。在当前中医学向国际社会发展之时，应借各国开展中医药立法之机，强调中医药和针灸因有完整统一的理论体系而不容分割，并且中医学的现代发展已经为全球医学体系的形成创造了条件。本文还对中医学发展过程中的若干问题提出了新的认识，以期获得中医界同仁的认同、补充和发展，并促进西医界人士的思考，使中、西医学界在新时代所需的全球医学新体系中达到共鸣。

English Summary:

By comparing the different history and concepts of the development of Chinese medicine and West medicine,it is illustrated that the unique system of Chinese medicine can definitely be equal and serve as the supplement for western medicine,and jointly develops modern medicine of the whole world. Traditional Chinese medicine should keep pace with the demands of time,which depends on the realization of the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine and the integration of Chinese and Western medicine. In the current period that Chinese medicine widely spreading to the international society,utilizing the opportunity of the legislation of Chinese medicine in various countries,we should emphasize that Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion are not allowed to be separate because they share one integrated and unified theory system,and that modern development of Chinese medicine has created the condition for the formation of the global medicine system. This article also presents new understandings on certain problems existing in the developing process of Chinese medicine,aims to obtain the approval,supplement and development of colleagues of Chinese medicine field and to promote the consideration of figures of western medicine field,finally makes the resonance between them in the new global medicine system which is necessary for the new generation.
